Build Self-Trust, Confidence, and Resilience
Self-trust changes everything.
At Peace Warriors Coaching, we help students, teens, and adults build the inner skills to handle stress, make confident decisions, and follow through on what matters.
With over 20 years in education, I specialize in working with youth during the most critical stages of development—while also supporting adults who are ready to trust themselves more deeply in life and work.
Because whether you’re a student navigating pressure or an adult facing big decisions, the foundation is the same:
when you trust yourself, everything else gets stronger.
Self-trust helps you:
Stay calm under pressure
Make clear, confident decisions
Build resilience and emotional regulation
Strengthen focus, motivation, and independence
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving you the tools to trust yourself—at any age.
Coaching That Works
Self-trust coaching is grounded in neuroscience, with academic and mindset support built in.
Self-trust isn’t just a mindset—it’s a skill shaped by how the brain learns, regulates, and makes decisions. Research in brain science shows that consistent follow-through, emotional regulation, and reflective thinking strengthen neural pathways tied to confidence, focus, and resilience. In other words, the more you practice trusting yourself, the more your brain is wired to do it.
As a Peace Warrior Coach, I act as a trusted guide—supporting, challenging, and encouraging without judgment—while helping you build skills that last.
We focus on:
✔ Building self-trust through small, consistent follow-through (behavioral science)
✔ Strengthening executive functioning and time management (prefrontal cortex development)
✔ Emotional regulation and resilience (nervous system awareness and regulation)
✔ Motivation and self-advocacy (self-determination theory)
✔ Focus and learning strategies that align with how the brain actually learns
✔ Creating a sense of calm that is sustainable—not temporary
I work with students navigating anxiety, perfectionism, social pressure, and overwhelm—and with adults facing similar patterns in different forms.
You are the expert on yourself.
I bring the science, structure, and guidance.
Together, we build self-trust in a way that is practical, measurable, and lasting.
Be a Peace Warrior. Trust yourself. Build resilience. Thrive with confidence.
Ayesha Hai Syed
Meet the Founder
Peace Warriors was founded by Ayesha Hai Syed—an educator of over 20 years, former International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme Coordinator, and Certified Youth Well-Being and Resilience Coach.
Her work in schools—and her lived experience as a parent—revealed a simple truth: lasting confidence and resilience begin with self-trust. When people learn to trust themselves, they are better able to handle challenges, ask for support, stay grounded in their values, and move forward with confidence.
During the pandemic, Ayesha witnessed how deeply disruption, isolation, and uncertainty impacted people. While academic gaps were addressed, the emotional impact often lingered beneath the surface. Peace Warriors was created to meet that unmet need—supporting youth and adults in building self-trust and the inner tools that schools and workplaces do not always have the time or structure to teach.
