Hi, I’m Ayesha Hai Syed, founder of Peace Warriors.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside tweens, teens, and adults as an educator, creating inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments that support students’ social-emotional well-being, academic growth, and authentic connection. Most recently, I served as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme Coordinator, where I partnered with middle school educators to design curriculum that strengthens students’ Approaches to Learning, fosters critical thinking, and supports the whole child—not just academic outcomes.

Peace Warriors provides comprehensive coaching that helps build confidence and resilience—supporting well-being, fostering academic/work place success, and nurturing calm, empowered change-makers every step of the way.

Yet my most profound lessons about resilience did not come from a professional role. They came from my son…

Watching him navigate adolescent challenges with determination, curiosity, and self-compassion reshaped my understanding of what resilience truly means. I saw firsthand that resilience isn’t about pushing harder or avoiding struggle—it’s about learning how to pause, reflect, ask for support, stay grounded in one’s values, and move forward with self-trust. During a particularly difficult time, my son found his inner voice, remained true to himself under peer pressure, and emerged stronger. He showed me what it truly means to rise with integrity—to be a peace warrior.

From that lived experience, Peace Warriors was born.

Peace Warriors is a growth-focused youth coaching community empowering tweens, teens, and adults to develop emotional well-being, resilience, confidence, and motivation—helping them thrive in school and in life. Through coaching that integrates mind–body–spirit practices, skills to approach academic barriers, and intentional goal-setting, I guide people in building self-efficacy, a positive sense of identity, and the inner skills needed to grow from the inside out.

My work is grounded in evidence-based adolescent well-being science and supported by my training as a Certified Youth Well-Being Coach and Certified Youth Resilience Coach, alongside my deep experience in internationally minded education. This integrated approach allows me to support students and adults in balancing academic/work life demands with emotional regulation, motivation, and resilience—especially during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty.

At the heart of Peace Warriors is connection. I believe people don’t need fixing—they need spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to trust themselves. My coaching creates calm, affirming environments where you can reflect, build confidence, set meaningful goals, and develop the resilience to navigate both school and life with clarity and purpose.
