Partnering With Schools & Educators
Helping Students Build the Skills Behind Success
Academic success is important. But students also need the confidence to trust themselves, the resilience to navigate challenges, and the skills to advocate for what they need.
Peace Warriors Coaching partners with schools and educators to provide forward-focused, non-clinical coaching that helps students strengthen self-trust, confidence, resilience, self-advocacy, motivation, and practical life skills.
Supporting the Whole Student
Students are navigating academic expectations, friendships, identity, transitions, increasing independence, and decisions about their futures—all while learning who they are.
Schools work hard to support these needs. But educators, counselors, and student-support teams have limited time and increasingly complex responsibilities.
Coaching can provide an additional layer of support.
Peace Warriors creates a dedicated space where students can slow down, reflect, identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, develop practical strategies, and learn to trust themselves as they move forward.
Not therapy. Not tutoring. A different kind of support.

Why Peace Warriors?
More Than 20 Years in Education
Peace Warriors Coaching was founded by Ayesha Hai Syed, an educator and certified youth coach with more than two decades of experience working with students, educators, and families.
Her background includes classroom teaching, International Baccalaureate education and coordination, curriculum development, student leadership, civic engagement, interdisciplinary learning, teacher coaching, and social-emotional student support.
Her work as an educator reinforced a simple belief:
Students need more than academic knowledge to thrive. They need to learn to trust themselves.
Peace Warriors brings together Ayesha's experience as an educator with coaching practices centered on student voice, strengths, reflection, goal setting, and growth.
Coaching Complements—It Does Not Replace—School or Clinical Support
Peace Warriors Coaching is a non-clinical coaching service.
Coaching focuses on goals, strengths, skill development, self-awareness, confidence, accountability, and forward movement.
Peace Warriors does not provide:
Diagnosis • Psychotherapy • Trauma Treatment • Crisis Intervention • Mental-Health Treatment
When a student's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, families should be connected with an appropriately qualified mental-health or other professional.
Coaching can work alongside the support already provided by families, educators, counselors, and mental-health professionals while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Is Coaching a Good Fit for a Student?
A student may benefit from coaching when they:
Want to become more confident or independent
Struggle to trust their own decisions
Have goals but difficulty following through
Want better organization or time-management strategies
Need support advocating for themselves
Are navigating a transition or period of change
Want to develop greater resilience
Are looking for direction or clarity
Are ready and willing to participate in the coaching process
Student readiness matters.
Coaching is most effective when the young person is willing to participate and has some openness to reflection, growth, and trying new strategies.
Let's Support Students Together
Every student deserves opportunities to develop not only academically, but also as a confident, capable person who can navigate challenges, advocate for themselves, and make thoughtful decisions about their future.
